Cal Cosme (Barbats) - Rural house in Casserres al Berguedà

It is an 18th century farmhouse located in the middle of a livestock and forestry farm at the foot of the Capolat mountains and in the municipality of l’Espunyola, in Berguedà, 12 km from Berga. It has a picturesque and relaxing situation. It is located in a privileged environment in the middle of nature, ideal for relaxing and resting, at 900 meters of altitude.

It is a house restored and fully equipped for the practice of rural tourism, preserving the rustic charm of the time with all the comforts of today.

It has a porch with barbecue, ping-pong table and table football. It also has a salt chlorinated pool of 4’5×9 meters with Roman steps, completely closed for the little ones.
