The house has a fully equipped kitchen, sheets, and bath towels. Swimming pool towels are not included.

Accommodation is not permitted for more guests than have been booked. Please provide the number of adults, children, and toddlers under 2 years of age.

Connecting to sound equipment without prior notice is not permitted.

Devices or equipment that are not of regular use and energy consumption are not permitted.

Reservations and payment

All guests must make a deposit of 25% of the total price of their stay for weekends, and 30% for long weekends and weekdays.

Remaining payment for the stay shall be made upon check-in or upon effective occupation of the property.

Cancellations

Both the deposit and payment shall be refunded in full (100%) if cancelled more than 30 days prior to check in date, 50% will be returned for bookings cancelled between 30 and 15 days prior to check in date. No refunds will be made for cancellations made 15 days or less prior to check in date.
